Hi, thanks for checking out Studio Notes. I'm David and I'll be sharing my thoughts on photography and creativity here. I’ll share what I’m doing and work from other people that I admire too. It might not be strictly photography related either, topics will weave in, out, and through other disciplines. I’ll share some gear related views of mine, but not too much.

I'll write blog posts on gear I use a lot with the aim of providing useful insights and some tutorials. But I don't want to bombard this site with reviews of things I haven’t used a lot. I want this site to be a place to share the process of photography and practical problem solving for creatives.
