I'm David. I'm writing about photography, creativity, and sharing my own photographic work here on the Studio Notes blog. I'll share what I'm doing and photographic works from other people that I admire from time to time. The topics covered here may also weave in, out, and through adjacent creative fields.

I’ll share some gear related views of mine, but not too much I hope. The views expressed on this blog will only be on gear I use a lot with the aim of providing useful insights. I won't bombard this site with reviews of equipment that I don't ordinarily use. The aim will be to give some insight to anyone considering a certain piece of equipment.
